Odyssai Systems operates multiple technology ventures, including but not limited to:

• TabiWay (tabiway.com) - AI-powered Japan travel planning
• AssetWorthIQ (assetworthiq.com) - Asset management platform

Each service may have additional terms specific to that service. In the event of a conflict, service-specific terms will take precedence over these general Terms.

3. Account Registration

Some of our services require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings where available. If you terminate within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy (Section 8).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication.

17. Severability

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third-party services.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Odyssai Systems regarding your use of our services.
